April was magnificent! I had sold a house before and had a horrible experience with the realtor. I swore I would never use a realtor again. April was so understanding and patient and went above and beyond the normal expectations of a realtor. She made everything clear and easy to understand. I can't say enough about her professionalism, great communication and outstanding dedication to a satisfying sale of our home!!
I would recommend April to anyone who wants to sell their home. I truly cannot say enough about her professionalism and dedication to her customers.
April made herself available any time I had questions. We text at all times of the day and even into the evening. She never seem to put out. She always had time and made herself available.

I met April through her commitment to help our animal rescue Wendy's Misfits. We have plenty of our own pets aside from the ones that come as fosters through the rescue. April really understood what certain requirements meant to us where the animals were concerned. She looked diligently to find properties that would work for our needs or that could be modified easily to fit the purpose we have.
